She has a name!!!

Baby D finally has a name! It took us a while to find a name we both agreed on and after sharing the name with our family – and some mixed reactions – I’m ready to share her name with all my bloggy friends!
TM Painting
A friend of Bert’s from work painted this for us. Thanks Shonna!!
I can’t wait to hear what you think! We’ve had mixed responses from friends and family and I would love to hear your HONEST opinions.
A little background on the name:
Turner – my maiden name. I really wanted to use a family name and I think Turner is a fabulous name – boy or girl.
McCartney – after Paul. John Paul is named after the John Lennon and Paul McCartney and keeping with the Beatles tradition we decided to use McCartney. I’ve always loved this name and I have a friend who’s daughter is named McCartney (I asked before I stole her name!!).
So there you have it. Turner McCartney Denton – 3 last names :)
Happy Monday!

Oh I love it, especially the use of your maiden name. I have a friend who's made name was Tull, and they are naming their son John Tully and calling him Tully!

Now if I can just figure out a way to use Cashman!

Congrats again on your baby girl!

Ohmygosh, I totally, absolutely love the name! What a beautiful monogram it will be! Such an awesome name!

I'm big on tradition/family names.

I'm loving the name!! It's very different and probably no other girl will have that name, but it's still a simple name, not like a lot of these weird names moms are naming their kids these days. Plus there's meaning behind it, which is always a plus. I think it's perfect :)

I love it because it's not a typical name. And it flows really nice off your tongue as well :)

I love it! I love names with meaning, and I've always thought of naming my future daughter my maiden name- Love- probably for a middle name though! It's different, for sure, but I think it's cool!
