I opted not to do the test. My thinking was number 1 the risk of complication from actually doing the test and number two, what difference would it make if there WAS something wrong with the baby? I'm having it regardless so how would know any sooner make it any different. I figured it would only cause unnecessary stress. Gald you're doing well and not dying!Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13146494546511001625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3232567791584486269.post-35591828876146782132010-09-01T19:14:27.816-05:002010-09-01T19:14:27.816-05:00Oh girl...I google everything every time I think s...Oh girl...I google everything every time I think something is wrong with me!

Glad your appointment went great!Jamiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13350515087173131155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3232567791584486269.post-79879144646553133992010-09-01T19:10:01.259-05:002010-09-01T19:10:01.259-05:00Yay! It was not a big deal-I felt a lot better after getting the results and knowing things were most likely fine. I would'nt have done anything differently if there was an issue, but I wanted to be prepared.Susannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06525637050244402378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3232567791584486269.post-68664443377305210392010-09-01T18:37:34.383-05:002010-09-01T18:37:34.383-05:00Love this post! Anywhooo, when I was 12 weeks, the OB was all up in my biznass because Logan was THAT low. And he stayed that low. Get ready for round ligament pain. It is a bitch and a half. It's a pulling/pinching sensation on one or both sides of your pelvic area. The only advice I have for you is to do PELVIC ROCKS EVERY EFFING NIGHT!! If I had listened to my yoga instructor, I would have saved myself a lot of discomfort. Also, to answer your last question, unless you have a history of birth defects in your families, skip it. No reason to worry even more than you already are. I too am a self-proclaimed hypochondriac. In With the Lighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06291171798172522112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3232567791584486269.post-10968634018125277542010-09-01T13:53:16.827-05:002010-09-01T13:53:16.827-05:00This cracked me up! We also figured that if there was anything seriously wrong, the ultrasound would pick it up in enough time for us to do whatever was necessary for the baby's health. Hope that helps some! :)Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18001321473350963308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3232567791584486269.post-32968066787331622852010-09-01T12:39:34.138-05:002010-09-01T12:39:34.138-05:00I LOVE you. Because you are exactly like me. They ...I LOVE you. Because you are exactly like me. They called me "Problem Child" at my OB's office because I always had a problem when I went in there. Granted, they laughed with me, but I am positive they laughed AT me when I left. The good news is they say I was still one of their favorites! After Gray was born last week, I had some serious stomach pain. Even though deep down I knew it was contractions from breastfeeding, I really wanted to call and make sure it wasn't a blood clot. I am very proud of the fact that the pain has almost subsided and I never did call!
